Online Masterclass Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and participation in the online Masterclass offered by The Aesthetics Diaries. By purchasing this Masterclass, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Full payment is required at the time of registration.
2.2 All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Access & Expiry

3.1 Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Masterclass.
3.2 Access is for the registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
3.3 All digital materials, including ebooks, guides, and course content, will automatically expire 12 months after purchase. Continued access beyond this period will require a new purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

4.1 All content within the Masterclass, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, remains the intellectual property of The Aesthetics Diaries.
4.2 Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or repurposing any part of the Masterclass without prior written consent from The Aesthetics Diaries.
4.3 Unauthorised sharing or misuse of course materials may result in immediate removal from the Masterclass without refund and potential legal action.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

5.1 The Aesthetics Diaries reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Masterclass for reasons including but not limited to low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or instructor unavailability.
5.2 If the Masterclass is rescheduled, participants will be notified in advance.

6. Participant Conduct & Removal Policy

6.1 Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully throughout the Masterclass.
6.2 The Aesthetics Diaries reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Aesthetics Diaries shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from participation in the Masterclass.
7.2 You acknowledge that you must be a qualified practitioner with the necessary certifications to perform any treatments discussed in the Masterclass. The Aesthetics Diaries does not assume responsibility for how you apply the information provided.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with The Aesthetics Diaries Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of The Aesthetics Diaries.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and The Aesthetics Diaries, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

Webinar Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in any webinars ("Webinar") hosted by The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd ("Company"). By registering for or attending a Webinar, you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Registration & Payment

2.1 Access to the Webinar is granted only upon successful registration and full payment (if applicable).
2.2 All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion.

3. Webinar Access & Replay

3.1 Participants will receive access details via email before the event. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure they receive and securely store these details.
3.2 If a replay is offered, access will be available for 6 months from the Webinar date, after which it will be permanently removed.
3.3 The Company is not responsible for missed deadlines or failure to view the replay before removal.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

4.1 All Webinar content, including recordings, slides, and materials, is the intellectual property of The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd.
4.2 Participants may not copy, share, record, or redistribute any part of the Webinar without prior written consent from the Company.
4.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Webinar materials may result in legal action.

5. Conduct & Participation

5.1 Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Webinar.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Webinar without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

6. Technical Issues & Liability

6.1 The Company is not responsible for technical difficulties on the Participant’s end, including internet issues, software compatibility, or device malfunctions.
6.2 In the event of unforeseen technical failures on the Company’s end, a rescheduled date or alternative solution may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
6.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Webinar.
