Terms Of Service - Members Club

Introduction 

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership in The Aesthetics Diaries Members Club ("Club") provided by The Aesthetics Diaries ("Company"). By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a member.

Membership Fee and Payment

  1. The membership fee for the Club is £33 per month. 

  2. Payment for the membership fee is due monthly and is non-refundable. 

  3. Cancellation of your membership is allowed at any time, and subsequent billing for future months will cease immediately upon cancellation. Please be aware that once your membership is canceled, you will experience an immediate removal from the Facebook group. We retain the right to withdraw your access to the Facebook group, even if you have made payment for the current month, based on our discretion and adherence to our terms and conditions.

    Access to Club

  1. Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Club.

  2. Access to the Club is for the registered member only and may not be shared with others.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided within the Club, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of The Aesthetics Diaries.

  2. Members are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Club's content without prior written consent from The Aesthetics Diaries.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Members are free to cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership fee.

  2. The Aesthetics Diaries reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate a member's access to the Club for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or disruptive behavior.

Privacy Policy

  1. Member information will be handled in accordance with The Aesthetics Diaries' Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Governing Law

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

Entire Agreement

  1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Online Masterclass Terms Of Service

By purchasing this course, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.  

Introduction  

In accordance with the terms and conditions set out within this Agreement the Coach agrees to provide the Services as defined below to the Client in exchange for payment of the Fee (as defined below).  

 

  •  Introduction
    These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase and participation in the online masterclass offered by The Aesthetics Diaries. By purchasing the Masterclass, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase.
  •  Payment
    2.1 Payment for the Masterclass is due at the time of registration.
    2.2 All payments are non-refundable.
  •  Access to Masterclass
    3.1 Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Masterclass.
    3.2 Access to the Masterclass is for the registered participant only and may not be shared with others.
  •  Intellectual Property
    4.1 All content presented in the Masterclass, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, are the intellectual property of The Aesthetics Diaries. 4.2 Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Masterclass without prior written consent from the Aesthetics diaries
  •  Cancellation and Rescheduling
    5.1 The aesthetics diaries reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Masterclass for any reason, including insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or the unavailability of instructors.
    5.2 In the event of cancellation by The aesthetics diaries, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
  •  Participant Conduct
    6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the Masterclass.
    6.2 The Aesthetics Diaries reserves the right to remove any participant from the Masterclass without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
  •  Limitation of Liability
    7.1 The aesthetics diaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the Masterclass. You must be a qualified practitioner with a valid dermal filler certification to perform this treatment.

    8.1 Participant information will be handled in accordance with Aesthetics Diaries Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Terms Of Service - eBooks & Digital Marketing 

Terms and Conditions for Non-Refundable Ebooks and Digital Marketing Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the customer ("Customer") and The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd ("Company"). By purchasing and/or using any non-refundable ebooks and digital marketing services provided by The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Non-Refundable Policy: 1.1 All sales of ebooks and digital marketing services are final. 1.2 The Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. 1.3 Once payment is made and access to the purchased digital content or marketing services is granted, no refunds will be provided.

2. Immediate Access: 2.1 Upon successful completion of the purchase transaction, the Customer will be granted immediate access to the purchased digital content or digital marketing services. 2.2 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, or accidental purchases, on the Customer's end that may prevent access, and such issues do not warrant a refund.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property: 3.1 All ebooks and digital marketing materials provided by the Company are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 3.2 The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share the digital content in any form without the express written consent of The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties: 4.1 The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or results of the digital marketing services. 4.2 The ebooks are provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability: 5.1 In no event shall The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital content or marketing services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms and conditions at its discretion. 7.2 Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for updates.

Terms Of Service - Online Courses

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the student or user ("User") and The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd ("Company"). By enrolling in and/or using any online courses provided by The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Course Access: 1.1 Upon successful enrollment and payment, the User will be granted access to the online course. 1.2 Access is provided solely to the enrolled User and is non-transferable.

2. Course Content: 2.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the course content at its discretion. 2.2 The User agrees not to share, reproduce, or distribute the course materials without the express written consent of The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd.

3. Non-Liability: 3.1 The Aesthetics Diaries Ltd is not responsible for the User's performance in the course. 3.2 The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the online course.

4. Personal Responsibility: 4.1 The User acknowledges that success in the course is dependent on individual effort, dedication, and application of the provided materials. 4.2 The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, or results from participation in the online course.

5. Technical Issues: 5.1 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in course access that are beyond its control. 5.2 The User is responsible for ensuring compatibility with the technical requirements specified for the online course.

6. Refund Policy: 6.1 All sales are final. No refunds are accepted under any reason.
